What does a non-subscriber pay?
You pay the PayLinker fee of 0.5% + 0.20 € per successful transaction on top of Stripe’s fees. SMS charges are handled via credits (1 credit = 1 SMS).
Are Stripe fees included?
No, Stripe bills its own processing fees directly to you (e.g. 1.5% + 0.25€). PayLinker does not add anything on top of Stripe.
What happens in case of a refund or dispute?
PayLinker does not refund its commission when you refund your customer, unless we agree to a goodwill gesture or a proven platform failure. Stripe may also retain part of its fee.
How much does sending an SMS cost?
Every SMS consumes one credit from your balance. Packs start at 15 € for 100 credits.
Is email delivery free?
Yes, sending the link by email never consumes a credit and is available for all plans.
Can I invite agents to help?
Yes. The subscription includes up to 10 agents so teammates can create, send and track payment requests together (invites, reminders, payment tracking).
When is the PayLinker subscription worth it?
If you process more than 10 payments per month, the fixed 9.90 € PayLinker subscription becomes cheaper than the per-transaction fee, and you get zero PayLinker commission.
Each SMS costs 1 credit. Email delivery is free and does not affect your balance. You can also send through both channels if you want.
PayLinker fees only apply to successful payments and are calculated in cents: amount × 0.5% + 20 cents (rounded up to the nearest cent).
