What does a non-subscriber pay?
You pay the PayLinker fee of 0.5% + 0.20 € per successful transaction on top of Stripe’s fees. SMS charges are handled via credits (1 credit = 1 SMS).
Are Stripe fees included?
No. Stripe charges its own processing fees according to the connected account, market and payment method. The PayLinker fee is separate.
What happens in case of a refund or dispute?
PayLinker does not refund its commission when you refund your customer, unless we agree to a goodwill gesture or a proven platform failure. Stripe may also retain part of its fee.
How much does sending an SMS cost?
Every SMS consumes one credit from your balance. Packs start at 15 € for 100 credits.
Is email delivery free?
Yes, sending the link by email never consumes a credit and is available for all plans.
Can I invite agents to help?
Yes. The subscription includes up to 10 agents so teammates can create, send and track payment requests together.
When is the PayLinker subscription worth it?
