Our services

Choose the PayLinker flow for your payment need

PayLinker helps professionals collect agreed payments by SMS or email, request a separate card guarantee for a rental and sell paid tickets to individual visitors. Choose the flow that matches what the customer is buying or authorizing.

A service payment, first amount and later balance are collected with distinct requests. A security deposit is authorized on the card rather than collected immediately; ticketing issues individual tickets after confirmed payment.

Choose by what you need to collect

  • • A full service payment: send a link for the agreed price and check its status.
  • • A first amount and later balance: create separate requests at the agreed times.
  • • A rental guarantee: request a distinct card authorization and monitor its expiry.
  • • Paid event entry: offer ticket categories and issue one ticket per purchased place.

Who uses these flows

  • • Trades and repair services (plumbers, locksmiths, electricians, heating engineers, etc.).
  • • Restaurants, bars, caterers, foodtrucks and food businesses.
  • • Sports, leisure activities and bookings or rentals (karting, jet-ski, clubs, equipment rental, etc.).
  • • Property, rentals and related service providers.
  • • Liberal professions, consultants, freelancers and small service teams.

From agreement to payment

  1. Agree on the service, amount and payer, or prepare the paid event categories.
  2. Create the appropriate payment, guarantee or ticketing request in PayLinker.
  3. Share the link by the available channel or publish the event page.
  4. Check the confirmed payment, authorization or ticket order before taking the next step.

Choose a flow in practice

These examples distinguish a payment by one customer from an authorization or a ticket bought by each visitor.

A trade visit

After agreeing on the diagnostic fee, the tradesperson sends a payment request and checks it before arranging any later repair.

A catered event

The caterer requests an agreed first amount before ordering ingredients, then sends a distinct balance request when due.

Equipment hire

The operator requests the hire price as a payment and, if needed, a separate card authorization as a guarantee.

Individual event entry

The organiser publishes paid ticket categories; each purchased place receives its own ticket after confirmed payment.

Compare plans when you are ready

  • • You can create an account without a subscription; payment activation and verification may be required before collection.
  • • Compare the current PayLinker plan, SMS credit and Stripe processing costs on the pricing page.

A payment confirmed in PayLinker is distinct from the later bank payout handled by Stripe.

Keep each amount clear

  • • Use one request for each agreed amount so a first payment is not confused with a later balance.
  • • Check status before confirming a booking or preparing a service under your terms.
  • • Keep card authorizations separate from collected payments and ticket sales.
